Scope of Services. Through this Site, Campbell Elite Property Services markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Post Construction Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Home Organization, Vacation Rental Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Campbell Elite Property Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

As-Is Basis. https://campbellelitepropertyservicesfl.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Campbell Elite Property Services makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campbell Elite Property Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Campbell Elite Property Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Campbell Elite Property Services harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by FL law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in FL for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
